TekTrakker allows managers to measure the reliability of technology equipment at the model level. Standardized and consistent measurement of equipment reliability is the ideal tool for planning, benchmarking and monitoring device stability for best service to users at lowest total cost of ownership.

TekTrakker provides technology asset failure rate measurement and monitoring. Based on field experience, TekTrakker eliminates the problems usually associated with field reporting to deliver a consistent measurement of quality and reliability. By bringing standards and consistency to the evaluation and monitoring process, managers can easily compare products on the basis of quality, select the most appropriate service contract for the device, and compare themselves internally or externally to others using the same devices. Product Summary

TekTrakker calculates hardware reliability by working from data kept in field service and asset management databases. Results are provided as Mean Time Between Failure (MTBF) from single or multiple sources in a web-based database unique to the client or group. TekTrakker calculates the MTBF in months for every product reported; provides part level detail where available; and organizes the reporting to that users can compare products across the selected enterprise or group.

As of 2011, we have expanded our service options to allow clients to engage with TekTrakker for their enterprise without any requirement to share data. The results can be segmented in any useful form within the enterprise, such as location, client, or subsidiary.

Groups wishing to use TekTrakker as a peer measurement tool are similarly private with the experience of all participants merged anonymously and made available to members via secure access to the database or in reporting for single benchmarks. The group approach provides unique value by allowing users to compare their experiences to their peers in a private setting.
